Your deposit reserves a spot in our production schedule, but exact completion dates are not guaranteed, as custom work can vary and material availability or unforeseen issues may affect timing. What we do guarantee is clear communication throughout the process—we’ll keep you informed about scheduling, material delays, and any changes that may affect your project.
